Three ways to begin
We can work from our photographic archive, create a new photo session with deepdarkmood as the model, or build from photographs you provide after reviewing their quality and permissions.
Typical turnaround is seven calendar days from an agreed start date, once the deposit and required materials are received. Availability and your delivery date are confirmed before payment.
Animation, additional artwork and production beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.

From music to image
How a commission unfolds.
- Share your release. We discuss your music, references, timeline and budget.
- Agree the direction. Scope, usage and schedule are confirmed in writing. A 50% deposit reserves the agreed start.
- Create and refine. Photography and Photoshop bring the concept together, followed by two rounds of revisions.
- Approve and receive. The remaining 50% is due before delivery of the final files.
A few things to know.
What does an exclusive license include?
The artwork's product page and accompanying PDF define the permitted uses for one musical project. Review those terms before purchasing. The artist retains copyright; purchasing a license does not include the working PSD.
How will I receive an existing artwork?
Existing licenses are digital products. The attached artwork files and license PDF are delivered through Shopify's digital-download process after checkout. Exact dimensions and formats are listed on the artwork's page.
Can I use my own photographs?
Yes. Send them for review before booking. We check the image quality and suitability for the concept, and you must have permission for the agreed use and transformation.
Who handles my purchase?
Artwork is created by deepdarkmood. Nocturne Shadows represents her work and processes licenses purchased through this store. Commission scope, payment arrangements and terms are agreed before booking.
