SHIPPING POLICY

United States: Free shipping on all orders.

International: Free worldwide shipping on orders over $150 USD. Below $150 USD, shipping is calculated at checkout by zone.

Processing time: Since each piece is printed specifically for you (on demand) to ensure the highest quality, the production time is 2 to 5 business days before shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

• USA & Canada: 5-10 business days.
• Europe: 5-12 business days.
• Rest of the world: 10-20 business days.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Physical Products (Prints, Canvases, Apparel and Accessories): Since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (for example, if the wrong size or color is ordered). Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a printing or embroidery defect, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us at limbo@nocturneshadows.art within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

2. Digital Products and Licenses: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of Digital Downloads and Commercial Licenses are FINAL. No refunds will be issued once the file has been sent or downloaded.
