SHIPPING POLICY

Global Shipping: We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all our physical prints.

Processing Time: Since every piece is printed specifically for you (on-demand) to ensure the highest quality, please allow 2-5 business days for production before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• USA & Canada: 5-10 business days.
• Europe: 5-12 business days.
• Rest of the World: 10-20 business days.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Physical Prints (Canvas & Posters): Because every product is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (eg, ordering the wrong size or color).

Damaged or Defective Items: If your print arrives damaged or with a print error, we will replace it for free. Please contact us at nocturneshadows@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

2. Digital Products & Licenses: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of Digital Downloads and Commercial Licenses are FINAL. No refunds will be issued once the file has been sent/downloaded.
