SHIPPING POLICY

Global shipping: We offer free worldwide shipping for all our physical prints.

Processing time: Since each piece is printed specifically for you (on demand) to ensure the highest quality, the production time is 2 to 5 business days before shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

• USA and Canada: 5-10 business days.
• Europe: 5-12 business days.
• Rest of the world: 10-20 business days.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Physical Prints (Canvases and Posters): Since each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (for example, if the wrong size or color is ordered).

Damaged or Defective Items: If your print arrives damaged or with a printing error, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us at nocturneshadows@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

2. Digital Products and Licenses: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of Digital Downloads and Commercial Licenses are FINAL. No refunds will be issued once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
