Licensing Terms

EXCLUSIVE ARTWORK LICENSE AGREEMENT

Grant of License: Nocturne Shadows ("Licensor") grants the buyer ("Licensee") an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, and non-transferable license to use the purchased artwork ("Work").

Exclusivity: This Work is sold as "1 of 1". Once purchased, Nocturne Shadows will immediately remove the Work from sale. The Licensor guarantees that this Work has not been previously licensed exclusively to another party.

Permitted Uses: The Licensee may use the Work for:

• Music covers (Spotify, Apple Music, Soundcloud, etc.).
• Merchandise (T-shirts, posters, physical albums) unlimited units.
• Social media and promotional materials.
• Book covers.

Prohibited Uses:

• Resale: The Licensee may NOT resell, license, or redistribute the original digital file as a standalone asset (for example, selling it as stock photography or an NFT).
• AI Training: The Work may not be used to train Artificial Intelligence generators.

Ownership: Nocturne Shadows retains the moral and copyright rights to the Work for portfolio and self-promotion purposes. The Licensee owns the exclusive rights to use the Work commercially as defined above.

Delivery: Upon payment, the Licensee will receive the high-resolution files without watermarks.
