RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Physical products (prints, canvases, apparel and accessories): Every item is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color selected at checkout. Please use the size guide before ordering.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us at limbo@nocturneshadows.art within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging.

2. Digital Products and Licenses: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of Digital Downloads and Commercial Licenses are FINAL. No refunds will be issued once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
